EXCLUSIVE : Reason Why Bayley Was Cut From RAW/Damage CTRL Breakup

There has been a lot of heat and interrogations following the Post-Wrestlemania episode of WWE RAW last Monday who was reportedly rewrite several times by Vince McMahon from the original script made by Triple H.                 One of those interrogations were about Bayley’s absence from the broadcast, despite the fact that her fellow Damage CTRL members Yio Sky and Dakota Kai were booked in a tag team match that they lost to Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez.               Internally the reason giving to Bayley by the creative team for her been cut was that she wasn’t needed in the storytelling of the match considering Damage CTRL was loosing, she was then reportedly sent home to «  cool down and relax « . However, it seems like there is a bit more depths into that story.                         An inside source has provided me an update on what is currently going on creatively regarding Bayley and more specifically the Damage CTRL faction, here is what he said :                   «  Several weeks ago, Bayley was told that Damage CTRL would be splitting up, all 3 members were informed, it was a Triple H decision.  Essentially it comes to a point where Triple H was very happy with what they were able to achieve but wanted to move on from them and put Bayley back in contention to be a serious threat.                                                     A large part of it is due to the fact that Bayley’s contract is starting to run down, and from what a lot of people are believing, the fact that Sasha Banks has left WWE had an impact on Bayley’s enthusiasm for the company. That’s what people backstage are believing and what Triple H has been contending with.                    Now Damage CTRL was suppose to break up on Monday Night RAW, however it has been formally canceled. The idea was that after the loss, Bayley would challenge Damage CTRL and we’d see formal break up.                             Vince McMahon has decide not to have that happen at least not yet, and Bayley was essentially told «  we don’t need you for this match, just take a walk, take some time, we’ll see what’s gonna happen «                                 The idea was for Bayley to be moving over to Smackdown where she could’ve work with people such as Charlotte Flair Ronda Rousey and of course the new Smackdown women’s champion Rhea Ripley, that doesn’t seem to be the case any longer.                                               This was a Triple H decision to break up Damage CTRL, Vince McMahon has essentially requested for a pause on that to happen and we are waiting for more informations as we go trough.                               To my knowledge, Bayley has not been let go, she hasn’t request for her release, but they are some concerned that if she’s not pushed a little stronger she might choose to walk away when her contract ends. »                                                We’ll have to wait and see what the future has in store for Damage CTRL and for Bayley
