  Rey Mysterio was the 17th entrant in the 2023 men’s Royal Rumble but did not made an appearance, instead his son Dominik entered as number 18 wearing Rey’s mask with the implication that Dominik had attacked Rey backstage. Sources within the WWE had stated that Rey was supposed to be in the Rumble and the original plan was for him and Dominik to shoot an angle in order to teased a potential match between them, however due to a slight injury that Rey Mysterio sustained the night before during his match against Karrion Kross on Friday Night Smackdown they chooses to pulled him out of the rumble card and did a last minute change of spot.  It was also reported that Rey is now seemingly ok and will probably be able to moving forward on the build up to this very anticipated father vs son match at Wrestlemania 39.

  Former WWE champion Big E was heavily injured during the March 11th 2022 episode of Smackdown, when a overhead belly to belly suplex outside the ring by Ridge Holland went totally wrong and the New Day member landed on the top of his head. He’s currently still recovering from that severe injury.                During a recent interview with «  These Urban Times «  Big E revealed that there is no chance of him entering this year’s upcoming Royal Rumble match as a returning surprise entrant    As he will have his next appointment to be checked by the doctors in March.                         Here’s what he had to say :                                    « I have to get some more scans at the one year-mark in March, and then we’ll see how everything is looking, but we’ll see from there.   I was very fortunate so I just wanna make sure that I’m making the best decision for myself, so we’ll see in March «  

  Ronda Rousey is currently listed by WWE as the top heel female wrestler on thé Smackdown Brand, however it seems very likely now that for some unknown creative reasons the former Smackdown Women’s champion won’t be featured on this years’s Royal Rumble card.  As it was reported earlier today by Fightfull Select Ronda is not scheduled to be part of the 30 womens Royal Rumble match,  and as far as the Smackdown Women’s championship is concerned some of my sources have recently told me that it is currently Sonya Deville who is set to face Charlotte Flair for the title next Saturday in San Antonio.  We will probably the answer to that question tonight on Friday Night Smackdown but as of now it seem the future plans for the UFC Hall of Famer are unclear.   Ronda Rousey hasn’t been on WWE tv since she dropped thé Smackdown Women’s title to Charlotte Flair on the December 30th episode of Smackdown and has recently said on her YouTube Live Streaming that she was «  tired of thé Smackdown Wom

 Vince McMahon had reportedly agreed to a multi million dollar deal settlement with former WWE referee Rita Chatterton, according to the Wall Street Journal, Chatterton publicly accused McMahon of raping her in 1986, back in December the Wall Street Journal reported that Chatteron’s lawyers had informed WWE of her intent to seek for damages totaling 11.75 million dollars That News came months after the journal reported that McMahon had paid 4 women more than 12.5 million dollars in hush money payments to cover up alleged sexual misconduct, a scandal that ultimately Led to McMahon’s resignation in July. McMahon returned to the WWE board of directors earlier this month and is reportedly seeking for a WWE sale.                                                           This is a developing story it will be updated as more informations become available.                    

  Delaware police have now issued a report on the car accident that took the life of Ring of Honor star Jay Briscoe and left his 2 daughters injured.  This report has confirmed that the other fatality was the driver of the other car involved, 27-year old Lilyanne Ternahan.         The report stated that Briscoe was driving his Chevy Silverado 1500 while Ternahan was driving her Chevy Silverado 2500 when her truck crossed lanes into Briscoe’s path causing a head on collision, the reason for this change of lanes remain unknown. Both Jay Briscoe and Lilyanne Ternahan were pronounced death at the scene, Ternahan was said to have been wearing her seatbelt while Briscoe was not, Briscoe’s 9 and 12 year old daughters were reported to have been «  properly restrained « in their own seats, both were admitted to hospital in critical condition.  State police are continuing their investigations and asking for any whiteness to the accident contact them, whether or not alcohol was a factor in the co

  As we officially begin the Road to Wrestlemania 39, fans have been wondering who John Cena’s opponent will be at the show of shows. Recent have also suggested that Logan Paul vs John Cena was the current plan for Wrestlemania 39. To add fuel to the fire, John Cena took to his Instagram to uploaded a photo of Logan Paul with his brother Jake Paul, has he seemed to have dropped a huge hint regarding his Wrestlemania plans. 

 Thé Rock is rumored to challenge his real life cousin Roman Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal Championship in the main event of Wrestlemania 39 - night 2, but nothing has been confirmed at this point.  We will see whether the Great One will enter the Royal Rumble as a surprise entrant later this month, as he would have to win it in order to earn a title shot at Wrestlemania.  The Wrestling Observer reported that Vince McMahon recently returning to WWE’s board of directors is not going to affect Dwayne «  The Rock » Johnson’s Wrestlemania plans at all.                                                                       «  The basic thing is that Dwayne Johnson is going to do what he has the time to do, if he has time, the Vince stuff will have no affect whatsoever.  Vince McMahon is back as chairman of the board in WWE and it didn’t took long before he tried to put his fingerprints on creative. According to one of my source close to WWE Vince had recently pitched some booking ideas to Triple H and one of those pitches is none other than a match between Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey at Wrestlemania 39. This match was actually the original Vince’s plan for Ronda Rousey ever since she won the Smackdown Women’s championship last year against Charlotte Flair in an «  I quit «  match,  everything was changed last summer when Vince McMahon announced his retirement and Triple H took charge of WWE creative.  Now Vince is back and apparently he hasn’t give up on this big box office match between the man and the baddest women on the planet on the greatest stage of them all, however the t seem very unlikely that this match happen considering the fact that Triple H seem to already have his own plans set for both Becky and Ronda at this year’s Wrestlemania.  Ac

 Superstar Billyl Graham has been dealing with a variety of health problems for the past couple of decades, but recently he suffered another serious scare after a hearing infection worked his way into part of his skull and bones of his ears. Graham’s wife Valerie keeping the fans updated throughout the situation via Facebook and after asking people to keep the WWE legend in their prayers she provided another announcement regarding his condition.             « They said his heart rate and blood pressure are stable enough to transfer him to the PCI on the 3rd floor so that’s what’s happening right now. They had to wait for him to finished dialysis before they could move him, he’s nervous about bern out of ICU but I explained it’s because he’s getting stronger «                       Here’s some reassuring news about the physical condition of one of the greatest champion in wrestling history.  

    It was recently reported that the reason why Vince McMahon has returned to WWE board of directors is believed to be that he’s preparing to sell the promotion.  Tony Kahn’s father Shad Khan could ( in theory ) afford to buy WWE, but during a recent episode of his weekly «  83 weeks «  podcast, 2021 WWE Hall of Famer Éric Bischoff raised some serious doubts that Khan could even remotely handle running WWE properly.  Here’s what Bischoff had to say :                                            «  Acquiring WWE is, that’s a big, giant move,I don’t see it, now can it happen ? Sure, anything is possible.  But when you think about it, does the Khan entreprise had the knowledge ability and infrastructure to run a company as complexe as WWE ? They may be in the same Bussiness but they don’t live and play in the same universe «

They recently signed Dragon Lee, following that announcement it was reported that WWE plans on signing more «  high quality «  stars.             An update on the status of former NWA star Colby Corino comes from fightfull select following speculation that he might be WWE-bound.  As previously reported last month, WWE had a lot of interest on Corino who was then set to become a free agent.                         On January 2nd Corino took on Twitter to announce his free agency, adding fuel to the fire that he may be WWÉ’s next signing.          According to the report Corino is «  headed to WWE « the report noted that WWE was legally unable to reach out to him before his NWA deal expired.                                               As of this writing, it’s unclear when Corino is expected to start with the company.                    Steve Corino
